Prefer to rent differently? We also offer hourly rental (3-hour minimum) and a full-day package (approx. 10 AM–10 PM) for the days you want to set up slowly and savor every minute.

Just outside the barn, a 10 × 50 ft covered patio gives your guests a place to breathe — 10 bar tables and 30 bar stools, ideal for cocktail hour, mingling, or a quiet moment away from the dance floor. Indoors for the celebration, covered-outdoors for the in-between.

Here's what makes the Retreat different from a venue that only offers one or the other: you get both spaces on the same grounds. Say your vows outside in the golden-hour light, then move the party into the barn for dinner and dancing — no second location, no shuttle, no risk. Or keep everything indoors if the weather turns. Stay the night, right where you celebrate

The Gunter Retreat is also a place to stay. Your wedding party or closest family can spend the night on-site — get ready in the morning where the celebration happens, and skip the late-night drive home entirely. You can book the event and the overnight stay separately, so you only pay for what your celebration needs.

3. Sign and secure your date — review and e-sign the venue agreement, then pay a 50% deposit online to lock it in.
